Happy St. Patricks day, spent mine exploring much of the North Shore of Oahu,
all I can say, so freakin beautiful...I'm again taken away by so much natural beauty.
Wait till I post more on that journey, but in the mean time, here are some pics..
near my house a highschool sits atop a mountain peak.
Hot, dogs, I can't even remember if I have told you all about the puka dog, the one where they singe a nice crunchy buttery hole inside the bun, then deposit the perfect dog into it....
another place is Hank's Haute Dogs, this suckers are loaded with all kinds of stuff and eat like a full course meal.
Giant Sake Martini with cucumber and pickled ginger.
