alright been exploring some of the interesting and unique fare that Hawaii has to offer.

alright SHAVE ICE....more specifically Waiola Shave Ice.

think I spoke of the shave ice briefly, but let's go over it again.

alright.

step one some sort of home-made ice brick comes out from the depths of storage.

step two mount ice slab of future goodness onto a machine

step three turn the rotary blades on and shred the ice into tiny powder like shaving, i mean powder

step four..actually this is like three....insert a scoop of ice cream on the bottom of a bowl then the ice goes over and forms a mountain.

step five add flavor, milk, blueberry, grap, guava, coffee, coconut, banana, kiwi, lime, one or create a rainbow

step six add some more toppings, in the case how about some condensed milk so it looks like white lava flows from a volcano....you can add mochi balls of ice cream or japanese Red beans Azuki? yes red beans and shave Ice....? healthy not sure didn't eat that part.
