First Night

So the plane ride wasn't that bad? I was kinda surprised. Mixed in some sleep. Mixed in 72 pages of a book that was much too dam metaphysical for me at times. Watched like half of a movie 5 times. Strong Asian flavor already based on the choice of programming...Balls of Fury (really not that funny, but highly oriental) Rush Hour 3 (jackie chan) The game plan starring Dwayne the rock Johnson (who is of Samoan or Hawaiian decent?) Watched a little Jamie Oliver Cooking at home, which def sparked the organic farming debate as I watched him pick up today's grocery list from his backyard. Oh yeah and I witnessed this crazy old hippie lady with crunchy curly grey and silver hair marching and running in place on the plane. She had a sweatshirt tied to her waist huge glasses and an equally impressive overbite of mousy buck teeth, But she was really nice. And the Poor dude in front of me. Chinese man, looking like he was from the movie Big Trouble in Little China so I dumbed him B TILK (K in place of C for pronunciation) anyways he was breathing slow deep and heavy looking like he was passing a kidney stone or hauling coconut sized hemorrhoids around on the plane. I was forced to witness his wide painful gait as he entered the bathroom like 12 times. Each time pausing long and hard to breath deep and give his wife a look like..."I think my water just broke"...or "Godzilla is coming out of my rectum" but that could be just a misinterpretation by myself. Either way B TILK was in some pain.

Arrived via korean cabbie who got me quick down into Waikiki and he struggled mightily with my big electric blue bag.

Arrived into my 11th floor room on the Aqua Continental (see the pics) and checked around the room like 5 times for tarantulas and went to grocery shop.

Nuts, mixed nuts, Cheese, 2 1.5 liters water, Hot tea (because I think I have caught pneamonia from spending two hours walking through yonkers with just a sweatshirt on) and ak mak crackers was 38$,

It's pretty quiet and I just want to go to bed...it's like 930 at night and it's actually kinda cool outside (thank myself for bringing sweatpants.
