Looking at apartments

Much Torment.

Like Waikiki even though it is terribly touristy. Beach and Walkways and parks are worth it though.

Haven't been to the otherside of the island which is supposed to be beautiful, however, it will force me to drive a car (which was the last thing I wanted to do...550 a month to rent, buy second hand, a scooter is a bit scary for the longer trips)

Looked at two apartments which couldn't be anymore different.

One Waikiki studio, about the size of a small hotel room, fully furnished and ready. Hot plate and mini fridge queen sized bed, small table that I fear would break if i sat on it. But it's within 2 blocks to the beach and easy access to Waikiki and Honolulu (eastern side area) a great view by the way from a highrise building, which was the last thing i originally wanted but I'm forced to get something and some of the best opportunities are on this side and there is competition.

This is the view of the apartment.
