SHREX ON THE BEACH

So it is kinda surreal out there tonight Saturday on Waikiki.

It is my first night that I will end up out on the town.

I'll try to give it to you in layers.

First a giant screen on the beach plays movies weekly, hundreds flock on the beach on either side of the screen to watch, they have popcorn and other vendor stuff and of course PRADA, BILLIBONG, COACH etc and then homeless urinating in nearby bushes. Police are actually in abundance around this time....they tend to patrol stong early and disappear a bit later. Later on Very tall females with deep older manly faces offer services to me which I politely decline. So the night starts all family and safe and then gets redneck raunchy a bit with a lotta mix of asain culture.

other interesting thing is a GUN RANGE which is on the strip. The strip is like 2 large avenues that run Parallel to each other Kuhio and Kalakua...I'm staying on Kuhio and I may live right off of Kuhio.

So anyways their are all sorts of vendors and street performers which I will take pictures of but that will wait. Many people are handing out flyers to clubs and such. But there are females, males, japanese, korean, white, poor, middle, high class people all handing out the same flyer- to the gun range where you can shoot all sorts of live rounds.....awesome. And then I stumbled upon a giant ad for it, which reminded me of a cheesy 80's action flick like Cobra or something.
